Textured transparent animal skeleton is handpainted on a thick heavyweight paper. The shape is then painted with watercolor.

SPECIAL MATERIALS: It is possible to also paint on wooden or canvas board, or use special effects materials (glowing in the dark, iridescent etc.). Share any ideas you might have. The price may vary – will send you an updated offer.

Please be aware that watercolor can be reactivated with water. I do not seal the paintings, because it can alter the original colours and overall is not recommended. The best way to protect watercolor paintings is to put them in frame behind a glass (Ikea frames work just fine).

SKETCH

Upon receiving the payment I will first send you a coloured sketch, so you can check and confirm if you like the pose etc.

It’s important, because it’s either complicated or impossible to make changes to the final piece.

Any changes to the final piece, that are not obviously aligned with the sketch reference will have to be charged extra.

PAINTING TIME

Please allow at least month for completion, but it will also be specified in the order confirmation. Express times might be possible for extra charge – please add the info in the mail and we can try figuring it out.

FINAL CHECK

When the painting is done, I will first send you a photo of it, so you can confirm if you’re satisfied. 

For peace of mind please add up to 2 weeks for delivery time alone although it usually takes around a week (I am located in Prague, Czech republic).
